Homework

DWD families are supported in practicing good manners with their pups at home. Each school day, owners receive a detailed progress report on the pack's activities and learning. If a pup is struggling with a certain behavior, detailed advice and instruction is provided so that the owners may reinforce the correct behavior at home.

Resources are ample here at school, where we have a mail room filled with information on small businesses catering to puppies (groomers, dog walkers, pet sitters, fence companies, trainers), training materials on a variety of topics, and other resources to support owners during their early ownership of their puppies.

Owners are encouraged to ask for help and advice as issues and challenges arise. School staff is diligent in providing answers and resources, even if that requires research, phone calls and other outreach efforts. We are here to make your job easier and more successful!
